WHIPPED CREAM POWDER

Ingredients: (Powdered Mix) Sugar, hydrogenated vegetable oil (palm), glucose syrup, emulsifier (mono and digiycerides of fatty acids, lactic and acetic acid esters of mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), milk protein (sodium caseinate), modified corn starch, skim milk powder, maltodextrin, flavoring, thickener (guar gum) Usage: It can be used in the preparation and decoration of cakes, pies, desserts and fruit salads. Preparation: It is whipped with cold milk or water at high speed for 3-4 minutes. It is recommended to keep the whipped cream in the cooler for 15 minutes before use. .
